1.Cooked yellow peas - 1 cup
2.sliced Onions - 1
3.Chopped tomatoes - 2
4.Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
5.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
6.Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
7.Coriander powder - 2 tsp
8.Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
9.Salt - to taste
10.Oil - 2 tbsp
1.Boiled potatoes - 2
2.Cooked carrot n Peas - 4 tbsp
3.Bread slices - 3
4.Salt - to taste
5.Finely chopped Green chillies - 3
6.Oil for shallow frying
1.Finely chopped onions - 1
2.Finely chopped tomatoes ( take out the seeds ) - 1
5.Chaat masala powder
1.Soak the yellow peas for overnight and pressure cook to tender.
2.Grind the tomatoes,onions and ginger garlic paste.
3.Heat oil in the pan and add the grounded mixture to cook till the raw smell goes off.
4.Now add the cooked yellow peas,salt and all masala powders, leave it to cook for 15 mts.
5.After the aromatic smell comes from the ragda mash the peas roughly. The consistency of the ragda should little bit watery.
6.Now Ragda is ready to serve.
1. Soak the bread slices in water and squeeze it out and mix with all the ingredients. Knead it to stiff and make the pattice out of it.
2.Heat oil in the non stick frying pan and shallow fry the all pattice to golden brown.
1.First place the pattice in the serving plate and pour the ragda over the pattice it. Sprinkle the chaat masala powder , chopped onions, chopped tomatoes,baked sev and poori on top .
